Sam currently works at a multi disciplinary clinic in downtown Calgary doing body composition analysis, rehabilitation, and mobility training.  He also works out of a strength and conditioning centre where he focuses on strength, power and conditioning

Once his patients achieve eighty percent functional capability, he targets their conditions with a unique strength training approach.  Sam is a firm believer that strengthening the resiliency of soft tissue and joints will prevent or at the very least mitigate any potential injury, when the correct load/ tension is applied relative to the mechanics in your given sport.

He is a fitness ambassador for the Natural Physique and Athletics Association (NPAA) and sat on the judging panel for the NPAA Fitness Competitions held throughout the year in Vancouver and Calgary. Sam’s experience stems from medical exercise in a clinical setting and holds the following credentials:

Sam’s philosophy:

I strive to help clients incorporate what they learn throughout the program and apply it to their everyday life.  I believe life is about learning and adapting – changing what you do in response to new or better information.

I believe that, to live life to the fullest includes feeling strong and healthy, regardless of injury.   An active lifestyle is one of the best ways to live life feeling well and improving physical strength and overall mental and physical health.
